Mashed Potatoes
Ingredients
9 or 10 Medium red potatoes, keep skin on
1/2 milk (warm to hot)
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
1/2 cup sour cream
Chef Cecil’s Poultry Heat to taste
Directions
Slice Potatoes 1/4 inch thick
Cook in boiling water 15 minutes or until tender
Mash potatoes or whip with an electric blender until kind of smooth. Keep a few lumps (it’s better that way)
Add milk, butter, and sour cream.
Add Poultry heat to taste
Continue to mix.
Optional- To make it less dense add more milk
