Macaroni and Cheese

Cheese before going under the broiler

Mac and Cheese good enough to take to Family Cookout

Ingredients

• ½ Pound uncooked Elbow Macaroni

• 4 Cups Cheddar Cheese Grated ( I like to use Mexican 4 Cheese)

• 1/2 Cup Parmesan Cheese

• 3 eggs Beaten

• 4 tablespoons salted butter cut into pieces

• 1 cup milk

• ½ cup sour cream

• ½ teaspoon salt

• ½ teaspoon pepper

• ½ teaspoon dry mustard powder

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350*

  2. Butter a 2-quart baking dish

  3. In a large pot heat salted water until boiling

  4. Cook Macaroni as indicated in the packages directions

  5. Drain Macaroni

  6. In a medium sized mixing bowl mix butter, eggs, milk sour cream, salt, pepper, and mustard

  7. Transfer drained macaroni to a large bowl, stir in 2 cups of Cheddar cheese, ½ cup of Parmesan Cheese, and stir in the mixture from step 6

  8. Pour into the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes or until set

  9. Top with the remaining cheese

  10. Place baking dish under broiler and cook until its Golden brown.

  11. SERVE IMMEDIATELY and Enjoy!!!!!!
