Tater Tot Casserole
Ingredients
1 Large Package of frozen Potato Tots
1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (I prefer Mexican 4-Cheeese)
1 Onion (medium sized), diced
2 cans potato soup
1 pint sour cream
1 Teaspoon of Chef Cecil’s Poultry Heat
2 Tablespoons of Bacon bits _ Optional
parmesan cheese_ Optional
Directions
Get a large bowl and mix ingredients together including optional bacon bits.
Butter a Casserole dish and pour in mixed ingredients and sprinkle some Poultry Heat on top along with optional parmesan cheese.
Bake 1 hour at 350*
