Tater Tot Casserole

Tot Casserole baked for 1hr @ 350* and placed under broiler for a moments for additional brown. Parmesan not used in pic.

Ingredients

  • 1 Large Package of frozen Potato Tots

  • 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese (I prefer Mexican 4-Cheeese)

  • 1 Onion (medium sized), diced

  • 2 cans potato soup

  • 1 pint sour cream

  • 1 Teaspoon of Chef Cecil’s Poultry Heat

  • 2 Tablespoons of Bacon bits _ Optional

  • parmesan cheese_ Optional

Directions

  1. Get a large bowl and mix ingredients together including optional bacon bits.

  2. Butter a Casserole dish and pour in mixed ingredients and sprinkle some Poultry Heat on top along with optional parmesan cheese.

  3. Bake 1 hour at 350*
