Italian Sausage and Steak
Ingredients
Mild Italian Sausage (In link form)
Sirloin Steak (or any tender steak is recommended Filet Mignon, Flat Iron, Strip Steak, Ribeye)
1 can tomatoes
1 cup burgundy wine
parsley
parmesan cheese
Chef Cecil’s Poultry Heat
Directions
Season steak (recommended seasoning: Poultry Heat)
Place steak in casserole & surround with sausage
Pour tomatoes, wine, parsley over meat
Bake at 400* for 1 hour or until tender
Can be served over noodles
